Personal Services

Meals

  • The Magnolia Garden at Danville will provide three nutritious meals daily and snack between meals.

  • If prescribe by a physician, special diets will be provided as needed.

  • Meals will be served in the Magnolia Garden at Danville dinning room.

  • On as needed basis you may request a meal tray during recovery from temporary illness or injury.

Housekeeping and Laundry Service

  • The Magnolia Garden at Danville will provide weekly linen service and cleaning of apartments.

Transportation to Medical and Dental appointments

  • The Magnolia Garden at Danville will provide transportation to medical/dental appointments.

  • The Community has specific days for driving clients to their medical/dental appointments. If an appointment does not correspond with the day or service area or the client need additional service such as individual escorts, the Community will assist you in making such alternative transportation arrangement.

  • The client/resident will be responsible for any charges associated with the alternative transportation arrangement.

Activity Programs

  • Magnolia Garden at Danville offers a planned activity programs including assistance with arrangements for utilization of local resources. 

Observation and Consultation

  • Magnolia Garden at Danville staff will observe client/resident for any changes in physical, mental, emotional and social well-being.

  • A notification to the family and other appropriate person/agency, responsible person and/or health care professional regarding any change in client/resident physical, mental, emotional and social well-being.

Personal Needs

  • Care for minor temporary illness

  • Assistance as needed, with taking prescribed medication in accordance with the physician's instructions unless prohibited by law or regulations.

  • Assistance as needed

    • Bathing

    • Dressing

    • Additional levels of care and assistance as defined by the residents needs.

  • Maintenance or supervision of client/resident resources or property if necessary.
